How do I add photos and videos to a trip?

Give Travels permission to access your library: the photos stay in the library, the app saves a reference to them and organises them by day and by place using their date and coordinates.

Where is my data stored?

Locally on the device (on Windows in %APPDATA%\Alemik\Travels\; on iPhone, iPad and Mac inside the app container). On Apple devices, if you turn syncing on, the data also lives in your own iCloud.

How do I make a backup?

On Windows you can copy the app's data folder. On Apple devices iCloud sync keeps your devices aligned and the data is included in your iCloud backup.

I changed device: how do I restore my Pro purchase?

Use “Restore purchases” in the store: the purchase is tied to your App Store or Microsoft Store account, not to the device.

How does iCloud sync work?

On Apple devices only: when enabled, the data syncs inside your private iCloud (Alemik has no access to it). On Windows there is no syncing.
